Freeze Nightmare

Im not happy at all! I just started a new job and downloaded this app because its exactly what I need to be able to search the contacts with different group searches. It was working great at first then would freeze sporadically and now its a disaster and I cant search contacts anymore cause its frozen. I paid for full version and wasted my money!

Super frustrated! Now what???
